We get that shopping online can be tricky, especially for shoes. Which is why we have setup a standardized return and exchange policy to make the process easy and effortless.

Returns & Exchanges

For all return and exchange requests, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you.

To ensure a timely response for your return or exchange, please provide with the following information.

  • Your name
  • Your email
  • Your phone number
  • Date of purchase
  • Order Number
  • Reason for returning/exchanging
  • Product(s) you would like to return/exchange
  • Any additional information that may help with your return/exchange process

Once we receive your information, we will begin processing your request within 3 business days.

Refunds and Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange or refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 10 business days of purchase.

Please allow 10 business days from date of return shipment for us to process your return. If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 10 business days of receiving your item, which will show on your next statement depending on your bank and/or billing cycle. If you paid with our exclusive gift card, we will send you a gift card totaling the amount paid. Unfortunately, in all cases we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

  • Shoes must be shipped back within 10 days of receipt for full refund or timely exchange.
  • The item must be in its ‘original condition’ and original packaging.
  • Note: ‘original condition’ means shoes cannot be worn with the exception of trying on for size and fit. Shoe construction must not show any signs of wear in order to be eligible for refund or exchange. If we receive a pair of shoes that we deem ‘worn’ you will not receive a refund / exchange / credit and the merchandise will be returned to you.
  • On Sale items are not refundable.
  • A $5 shoe box fee will be charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
Return Shipping & Handling
  • All initial shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
  • If the return is not a result of our error, all return shipping costs and fees will be your responsibility. Please use which ever method is economical for you, but ensure your package is insured and tracked.
  • Shola Designs cannot accept responsibility for return packages not shipped by us. Please keep tracking details for your record, until you receive conformation from us of receipt of your return.
  • If the return is a result of our error or the merchandise is defective, please contact us to request reimbursement for shipping or give us a call at 1 800 975 0345.
  • No standard shipping charges will be applied for one time exchange order.

For example: if you would like to exchange your shoes for a new size, you will pay for the return shipping, but will not be charged for shipping when we ship your new size to you. This only applies on a single exchange order, if you return the same product twice we will charge shipping for the third shipment.

  • Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund.
